I just want to thank you for the great experience I had hauling my 1938 L Francis Herreshoff cutter in your boatyard this past winter. I have owned “Tide” for 22 years with plenty of hall outs from Sausalito, Port San Luis, Long Beach, San Pedro all the way down to San Diego and have to say your facility was one of the best I have encountered. I have no problem letting people in Los Angeles Harbor know that it is worth the run up to Ventura to save money and experience a quality yard like Ventura Harbor Boatyard.

I’ve hauled out at a lot of boat yards. I can’t recall a comfortable experience, ever, until this last haulout. We had heard many favorable recommendations for Ventura Harbor Boatyard (VHBY), but we were skeptical. In light of my previous experiences, we felt no yard could be that good. A quick note to thank everyone at VHBY for the many courtesies and help extended to Nancy and me yesterday while Chardonnay was being worked on. Please let everyone know how much we appreciate their help and genuine concerns. We made it back to Channel Islands safely although it was a very '"ROCKY" ride.  You guys are the BEST.
